Payment fees
We use Stripe to collect payments from your clients. They charge a small fee for this service.1
£1 Platform fee
We include a platform fee with each payment to cover costs like reminder emails and text messages. You can choose to pass this fee to the client on a per appointment basis.2
‘Buy now, pay later’ services
Clients can spread the cost of their tattoo with services like Klarna or Clearpay/Afterpay3. These generally have higher fees, which we make clear to you in the app. You can disable this feature if you prefer.
