There is a free car park located at the back of the site which will then lead you down a ramp to the studio

What happens if I’m late?

We understand things can happen causing delays so we allow a 15 minute window for lateness. We kindly ask if you are going to be late to please let us know. If you are later than 15 minutes then your appointment may be rescheduled to another day and a new deposit may be required.

Can I use numbing cream?

You are more than welcome to use numbing cream however we kindly ask that you speak with the artist first to check they’re happy for you to use it. We also only recommend using the brands iNumb or King Numb, if you do use any other brand then you may not be able to get tattooed.

How do I apply numbing cream?

Numbing cream how to use:
1. Small patch test at least 48 hours before appointment, don’t use if any irritation or reaction occurs (redness and tingling is normal. Burning or itching is not normal)

2. 1 hour before your appointment, warm the skin up under warm water to open the pores.

3. Apply a thin layer to a larger area than you expect to be tattooed

4. Dab on an extra thick layer (don’t rub it in), use the rest of the tube if necessary

5. Cover the whole area with cling film, any areas that aren’t covered won’t be activated

6. Leave wrapped until tattoo stencil is applied to make sure it doesn’t stop working

Can I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 1 time at least 7 days prior to your appointment. Any later than this will result in a deposit loss and a new deposit being required to re-book. This allows extra time for the artists to fill the spot.

Can I cancel my appointment?

If you can no longer make your appointment or simply no longer want to get your tattoo please let us know with as much notice as you can. Please note deposits are non-refundable so a full cancellation without rescheduling will result in your deposit being lost.

How do I heal my tattoo?

Taking extra care of your new tattoo is essential for its healing. By following the full aftercare advice it gives your tattoo the best possible chance of healing.

• Step 1 leave your tattoo wrapped for at least 1-2 hours. (unless told otherwise)

• Step 2 wash your tattoo thoroughly but carefully with clean hands using warm water and your tattoo soap.

• Step 3 dab dry with a paper towel

• Step 4 apply a thin layer of your aftercare cream. Re-wrap your tattoo if told to do so

• Step 5 continue steps 2, 3 and 4 at least twice a day until your tattoo begins to flake/peel. Avoid tight clothing that may irritate your tattoo

• Step 6 do not pick or scratch your tattoo, this will delay healing and will increase the risk of infection

• Step 7 avoid direct sunlight until your tattoo is fully healed (usually 2-4 weeks)

• Step 8 don’t soak or submerge your tattoo in water (no bathing or swimming), this will also delay healing and cause an infection

• Step 9 moisturise, although your tattoo has now healed you still need to take care of it to ensure it stays looking fresh for longer. Moisturising helps to keep the tattoo looking fresh for longer
