We aim to respond to all enquiries within 5 working days, please note that most of our admin is done outside of the studio opening hours so your understanding is appreciated.

All bookings require a deposit. The deposit will come off of the total on the day and secure your tattoo date. Please note for cancellations all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you do have to RESCHEDULE your appointment 48hrs notice needs to given.

If you are NOT within the 48hrs notice period but you still want to reschedule you will be required to pay a full new deposit.
