Can I rearrange my appointment?

If you can give me three days notice when wanting to rearrange, then I will happily move the deposit across to a new date. If you re arrange twice, I will ask for a further deposit for the third date to further secure the third date.

What if I want to change my idea / make tweaks on the day?

Ideally the design/brief will be agreed prior to the appointment, however in the event that you would like added changes on the day of the appointment, this could impact your appointment time on the day as I will use the appointment time to make those changes.

Can I bring a friend to the appointment?

I would love to say yes all the time, however due to seating in the studio, it may not be possible, so this is a case by case basis, feel free to ask and I will be able to check if we will have available seating for your friend.

Can I use numbing cream?

Preferably I would recommend against numbing cream as I feel that it impacts the way tattoos seem to heal compared to those that have healed without numbing cream but again, I can advise this on a case by case basis.

Within three months of a tattoo, there will be no cost, however three months onwards will be applicable to a minimum setup fee of £50.
