How do I care for my new tattoo?

To ensure that your tattoo heals to its best please follow the steps below:

1. Wash your hands, remove the bandage after 2-4 hours and wash tattooed area clean with lukewarm water and liquid unscented antibacterial soap using only your hand DO NOT USE A WASH CLOTH.

2. Dry the area using a CLEAN paper towel to get it completely dry, then follow up by applying AFTERCARE CREAM or other cream available for purchase at the studio

3. This process should be repeated three times a day for three weeks following the tattoo until fully healed. Applying cream regularly to tattoos even once healed prolongs the life and quality of the tattoo.

Applying too much aftercare cream can cause irritation and in turn can also lead to unnecessary inflammation and potentially infection so please follow these aftercare instructions carefully.

SHOWERING/ BATHING/ SWIMMING

• Submerging your new tattoo can cause serious damage or infection so bathing and swimming should be avoided for at least 2-3 weeks following the tattoo being carried out.

• However, it is ok to shower as often as you like, as long as you do not saturate your tattoo, do not use a wash cloth on your tattoo. If you get soap on your tattoo simply wash it off with water quickly.

• DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR NEW TATTOO TO PROLONGED SUN EXPOSURE OR THE USE OF SUNBEDS AS THIS WILL SIGNIFICANTLY DAMAGE YOUR NEW TATTOO

• ITCHING/SCABBING is normal within the tattoo healing.process however DO NOT scratch your new tattoo or pick at the scabs as this will cause damage to your new tattoo.

How do I secure my booking?

Accepted Answer

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment time and date. The deposit is taken off the final amount paid on the day (not an extra charge).
 
I am more than happy to move deposits over if needing to cancel/rearrange within the 72hrs notice period.

Failure to show up to the appointment or giving less than 72 hours notice will result in losing the deposit and will require a new deposit to book back in.
