A deposit is required to secure a booking, this is a non-refundable deposit (regardless of amount) but can be transferred to another time/date if you have given me at least 72 hours notice via email. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment without contacting myself or the studio, I have the right to cancel your appointment and you will lose your deposit. You can contact me if you’re going to be late via Instagram DM or email. I accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash. Finance Options I currently provide various payment options, including financing through Klarna or Clearpay. In acknowledgment of the current economic landscape, I recognize the desire for indulgence. If financing aligns with your preferences, feel free to reach out. Kindly be aware that upon choosing the finance option and completing the payment, you enter into a contractual agreement with your selected finance company. Any concerns or inquiries should be directed to them, as the contract is not with me. If you choose finance options, this will not be refundable.

Can I see my design before the appointment?

Due to my workload, designs are sent the night before your appointment and not before. Alterations are no problem but they will be done at the beginning of your appointment.
