Where are you based ?

I co own Daylight Studios in Manchester City centre. We wanted to make a space that was relaxed and cozy so we are completely private studio to ensure that you get the most out of your appointment. We are located on the 2nd floor of Piccadilly house but a street access lift is available if you have any mobility issues. Space is limited so please don’t bring more than 1 person with you.

When will I see my design ?

Your design will be shown at the beginning of your appointment and any changes you want to make can be done in person. I find this to be a lot easier than trying to discuss over messages so plenty of time will be available for this ! If you are feeling unsure or nervous please let me know and I can send the design over to you in advance.

How can I prep before my appointment?

It’s always a good idea to start exfoliating and moisturising the area 1-2 weeks before your appointment. This will help with the tattoo application and healing. Please DO NOT wear fake tan to your appointment. The morning of your appointment please make sure you eat a decent meal. And bring snacks/ a sugary drink with you. You are welcome to bring anything to make you more comfortable during the appointment, eg. a book, headphones, blanket

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please make sure you wear clothing that gives unrestricted access to the area of the tattoo. Back tattoo - a backless top or a button up shirt/zip up hoodie worn backwards. Upper arm tattoo- vest top. Rib tattoo- loose fitting T-shirt or bikini top. Leg tattoo- loose fitting trousers, shorts, skirt. Please make sure you are wearing something comfortable and you can always bring something with you to change into.
