How long can I expect to wait for an appointment offer?

This can vary, and although I usually respond within a day or two. On busier weeks please allow a week. If you haven’t heard from me in this time, please ping me a message if I’ve missed you!

If I need to get in contact with you after booking, how should I do so?

I organise all appointments through Get Ink, so please where possible contact me via this. However if it’s not possible, or last minute regarding your appointment - please contact me via my Instagram. Please note I do not have access to Harmless’ Instagram messages or emails so if you contact via those methods - I might not get the message in time.

Am I able to get my deposit back if I need to cancel?

Sadly no, all deposits are non refundable and are in place to protect my livelihood and supports the admin, and drawing I do prior to the appointment itself. If you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment - you can carry over the first deposit if it’s more than 4 days before the appointment. Although I have this in place, I’ll always try to be as understanding as I can and accommodate where possible.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

We have quite a busy studio, so where possible if you wish to bring another person with you, please ping me a message beforehand as we may not always have space for them to sit if it’s on a busy day!

Can I use numbing cream ?

My recommendation is always popping me a message and discussing further, as this can depend on your skin, the length of the tattoo and style. Let’s have a chat about it!
