Can I Use Numbing Cream?

Accepted Answer

No. I do not allow numbing creams to be used before or during your appointment. Numbing products can affect the tattoo process, the outcome of the tattoo, and the healing of the skin.

If you arrive to your appointment with numbing cream already applied, this may result in your appointment having to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be lost.

Question 2

Do I Have to Pay a Booking Fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. To book and secure an appointment, I require a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee, which is usually 50% of the value of the appointment.

The booking fee will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.

Question 3

Cancellation or Appointment Amendment Policy

Accepted Answer

I require at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or amend your appointment. Any cancellations will result in the loss of your Booking fee.

Appointments can be amended once using the original Booking Fee. If you need to reschedule again after that, a new Booking Fee will be required to secure another appointment.

To ensure a comfortable and focused environment for both artist and client, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. This will help us provide the best possible experience for everyone.

Aftercare

After your appointment, I will clearly explain the aftercare instructions, tailored to your lifestyle, and give you the opportunity to ask any questions. I will also send the aftercare instructions to you so you can refer back to them during the healing process.

I may ask you to check in during healing so we can make sure everything is progressing as expected, and I encourage you to get in touch if you have any concerns.

All recommended aftercare products are also available to purchase in the studio.

Question 6

What if I'm Late to my appointment

Accepted Answer

Should you be more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, it may need to be rearranged, and this will result in a loss of your booking fee.

Question 7

Do you sell gift vouchers

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers from the studio. They can be bought through the studio’s website, in person at the studio, or via post, and are available in any denomination.

Please note that all gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception. Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment in order to be used.

Design Process

Your design will be sent over no later than two days before your appointment, giving you enough time to review it and request any minor amendments or adjustments.

Please note that if a design needs to be drastically changed or repeatedly amended from the original brief, this may result in the loss of your booking fee due to the time spent during the design phase.

Age Limit & ID

Accepted Answer

You must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo.

A passport, driving licence, or CitizenCard are the only acceptable forms of identification.

Parental Consent:
In the UK, it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to receive a tattoo, even with parental consent.
