What is your deposit policy?

Deposits are non refundable. I understand stuff happens and appointments need to be rescheduled, and that’s totally okay! As long as you give me minimum 48 hours notice you’re entitled to reschedule your appointment once before you have to pay a new deposit.

I can take cash or direct bank transfer. Or you can pay via klarna or clearpay for a small additional cost.

Can I bring someone with me?

We'd prefer you didn't, but, if it's necessary, they can wait in the reception area. However, they may not accompany you in to the tattoo room unless for accessibility reasons.

Can I use numbing cream?

In the politest way possible, please no! We have numbing sprays at the studio to help during your tattoo, if you turn up with numbing cream already on you’ll lose your deposit and have to reschedule. This is to prevent infection and is for your safety!

Is the studio accessible?

Unfortunately we are on the first floor so can’t offer step free or wheel chair access. Please contact me directly if you’re affected by this and i can arrange a different location.
