Booking policies, please read:

• You must be 18+ and have a valid photo ID to book in.

• A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 times without losing your deposit as long as you give at least 40 hours notice or 72 hours for a full day session.

• I welcome both flash and custom pieces, however I will generally not send over designs prior to your appointment. Small changes to the design can be made on the day but major changes may require a reschedule (please let me know if you change your mind in advance to avoid losing your deposit).

• Non-repeatable flash designs are not claimed until you're booked in and have paid a deposit.

• While I recommend avoiding numbing cream, if you do feel the need to use it please let me know when you book in. It must be made specifically for tattooing and a patch test must be carried out a couple of weeks before your appointment. If these guidelines aren't followed I may have to turn you away on the day and you will lose your deposit.

• I recommend coming to your appointment alone but if you do want to bring a friend please let me know in advance, no guests for sessions longer than a half day.

• Please arrive to your appointment on time, I work in a private studio so there is no waiting room.

• I aim to respond to messages within 48 hours but my replies are generally faster. If I do not immediately respond please be patient with me, I'm not always able to reply outside of my working hours.

• If I am away it will be posted on my feed.
