How long should I avoid training/exercise

I would avoid training for the first week, you don’t want you tattoo getting all sweaty or risk infection in a gym environment.

Can I use numbing cream?

Only EMLA, Nulbia, or Denela can be used before you tattoo, as they are the only MHRA approved creams on the market. You must bring your packaging with the LOT number and expiry date or you risk loosing your deposit and having to re-book.

How long should I avoid sun and swimming?

Treat your tattoo like an open wound. Keep it clean and out of the sun/pool/sea for at least 2 weeks. But I do recommend 3 weeks between your appointments and going abroad to give it more time to heal over.

Can my friend come to the appointment with me?

We don’t have loads of space on our first floor for extra guests, but we can accommodate in certain cases, just ask 🫶🏼 please only bring a friend if it’s essential, e.g. anxiety, carer etc Thankyou 🌸

Can I bring my children with me?

Unfortunately no one under the age of 18 can attend a tattoo appointment as our insurance doesn’t cover it. Thankyou!
