This is my enquiry form for March - June 2026. My spaces will be split between abla (Essex) and KOXJA (Hackney). Very roughly this split will be Tuesday & Wednesday in Essex and Thursday & Friday in London. I also sometimes offer evening spaces, however these are limited. 😁

I do my best to fit in as many suitable projects to my styles as possible and will always get back to every form, even if I’m not able to accommodate the piece.

Please include as much information as possible when applying. The forms are not first come, first served but more so booked based on the suitability of the piece and how everything best fits in the diary. Having all the necessary information can really speed up a booking and keep the process of creating smoother, closer to the appointment date. Please ask someone else to help get clear photos of the area you’d like tattooed, if it’s not somewhere you can photograph yourself. This is really vital for me understanding how long a piece can take.

It can take between 6-8 weeks for me to get back to all the forms once I close my booking form again. Please keep this in mind that your response; whether I’m able to take on your design or not, may be in about 6-8 weeks time.

1. General Terms

By booking an appointment (or purchasing a gift voucher) with myself (Lauren Smith Tattoos), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them before your visit.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. If you are under 18, we cannot tattoo you, regardless of parental consent or any other conditions. Please bring photo identification (passport or driving license) with you to your appointment.

3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. They are transferable to a new date once and the new date must be within 6 months. If you’re unable to reschedule within the next 6 months please message directly to discuss options. Deposits are only transferable if 3 full working days notice is given (Monday - Friday).

4. Health and medications

If you take medication, or start taking a new medication which could have an effect on your appointment please let me know at the earliest possibility as this could result in a necessary reschedule. This includes but is not limited to; antibiotics, acne medication, blood thinning medication etc.

Likewise, if you start to feel unwell in advance of your appointment and feel it may have an impact on your appointment or the ability to heal your tattoo, please get in contact. You cannot be tattooed if pregnant or breast feeding.

If you attend an appointment with sunburn or any other hinderance which impacts my ability to complete the tattoo within the allotted time, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

5. Design information

I always aim to draw designs a few days before an appointment. This then allows time to make any tweaks needed. Small tweaks to a piece are included within the cost but if an idea is largely changed after a drawing has begun (due to details not included in the booking form), this could incur an addition to the quote.

6. Payment terms

Payment for the tattoo is due in full on the day of service, whilst still in the premises. Payment can be done in bank transfer or cash.
