How to find us/parking/accessibility

We are located on the first floor of

20 Market Place
Bedlington
Northumberland
NE22 5TN

We are easy to reach by bus, with stops right next to the studio.

If you are coming by car we recommend parking in the free section of the car park next to Aldi. But only before the zebra crossing/ shop entrance. (It's not free if you go past these!)

Then use the walk way from the car park up to the studio.

If this is full; there is another free car park a short walk away behind Laird's House. Postcode NE22 6JX

There are also a few disabled parking bays directly outside the studio too. Please keep in mind we are an upstairs studio with no lift unfortunately. So accessibility is limited by that.

Booking fee/deposit

I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to book in. Leaving the remaining 50% to pay on the day of your appointment.

If you need to rearrange your appointment; this deposit can be transferred to a new date as long as you give me at least 5 days notice.

This gives me enough time to contact other clients about potentially swapping dates with you, or for me to find someone to fill your space with time to draw their design.

Your deposit is only refundable if I have an emergency/severe illness and can't do your tattoo with less than 3 days notice. You'll also have the option to reschedule with a small discount off the total to compensate for the inconvenience.

Question 5

Reschedule/Cancellation

I’m happy to rearrange your appointment and carry that deposit over; as long as you give me at least 5 days notice.

This gives me enough time to contact other: clients about potentially swapping dates with you - or for me to find someone to fill your space.

If you cancel your appointment that’s okay too; but you will forfeit your deposit. And another one would be required to book in future.

Going to be late?

We may need to rearrange depending on how late you are.

If you're over 15 minutes late, and I haven't heard from you; I will assume you’re not coming.

Meaning you will lose your appointment/ deposit - and need to rebook and pay again.

Question 7

Will you tattoo me before I am 18?

Accepted Answer

No.

Absolutely not. You must be 18+ by law to get tattooed legally.

Regardless of if you have parental consent. The consent of a parent does negate the law.

I won’t budge on this; I wouldn’t risk losing my license; or having it on my conscience!

Question 8

When do I get to see my design?

Accepted Answer

Designs are done the week before your appointment; and then sent out that weekend.

If you'd like to make any major changes to your idea I need 2 weeks notice (so I know before I start your design).

I’ll send you your design with plenty of time to make any adjustments you’d like though; don’t worry!

Question 9

Can I change my idea?

Accepted Answer

Small changes are absolutely fine. And can be made right up to the day of your appointment. I want you to be 100% happy with what you’re getting.

If you’d like to change your idea from the one you booked in for; I’d need at least 2 weeks notice.

I have scheduled hours per week for drawing; so cannot always accommodate unexpected work last minute.

If you do change your idea; and it’s not something I am happy to tattoo; I will always be honest and tell you. Before helping you find a more suitable artist.

Your deposit cannot be refunded - but you can have it put onto a gift card to use for a different tattoo. These gift cards last 12 months and can be used by anyone (not just you).

Question 10

Will you copy someone else’s tattoo?

I will never copy another tattoo line for line. Unless it’s something like a band logo that has to be the same.

You can send me other tattoos or designs you’ve seen for inspiration, but I will always draw your design just for you.
