Preparing properly for your tattoo is essential — it helps achieve the best possible result, supports a smooth healing process, and ensures your comfort throughout the session.
To make sure everything runs smoothly and safely, please take a moment to read and follow these guidelines:

Before your appointment:
- Get a full night’s rest so your body is well-rested.
- Stay hydrated in the days leading up to your session.
- Eat a good meal before arriving at the studio.
- Bring some snacks or sweets with you to keep your energy levels stable during the session.
- Avoid consuming alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Moisturise the area to be tattooed daily for two weeks before your session (especially important for finger or toe tattoos). Well-nourished skin accepts ink more evenly and heals more beautifully.
- Refrain from using sunbeds, self-tanners, or exposing the skin to direct sunlight. I cannot tattoo over sunburnt or damaged skin.

Please note:
For your safety and to ensure the best result, I won’t be able to proceed with the tattoo if:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

✺ Tattoo Aftercare ✺

Proper aftercare is essential for your tattoo to heal beautifully and maintain its quality over time. Please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure the best result.

HEALING INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep your tattoo covered until the next day.
- Gently clean it in the morning with a pH-neutral soap, removing any plasma, blood, or ink residue.
- Pat dry with a clean paper towel — do not rub — and re-cover.
- If more plasma appears during the day, repeat the cleaning and drying process before re-covering.
- Keep it covered again for the second night.

Important: After the first shower, avoid prolonged water exposure until the skin begins to peel.
Refrain from swimming, bathing, or intense exercise that causes heavy sweating for at least two weeks.

When peeling starts, apply a thin layer of coconut oil or tattoo balm to keep the skin lightly hydrated — do not over-moisturise.
Keep the tattoo out of direct sunlight until fully healed.
Once healed, apply sun cream when exposed to sunlight to help preserve colour and detail.

WHILST YOUR TATTOO IS HEALING, DO NOT:
- Pick, peel, or scratch the area.
- Go swimming or soak in baths.
- Use sunbeds or expose the skin to harsh sunlight.
- Drink alcohol within 24 hours of your session.
- Engage in strenuous exercise that may irritate the tattoo.

The care of the tattoo is your responsibility. Following the above advice will ensure safe and proper healing.

Please consult your doctor if you see the following:

- Redness and swelling
- Burning sensation in the area
- Throbbing or spreading pain
- Unusual discharge (yellow, green or grey pus)

Wait until the tattoo is fully healed before assessing if any touch-ups are needed.

HEALING TIME

A tattoo generally takes around two weeks to heal on the surface and up to three months to fully settle.
During this time, avoid touching or scratching to prevent irritation or infection.

✺ Deposit Policy ✺

Accepted Answer

Please note: a non-refundable booking fee of £80–£150 is required to secure your appointment.

This fee is paid at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final total on the day of your session.
If you need to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to a new date provided at least one week’s notice is given.

The deposit will remain valid for six months from the date of payment.
