where are you located?
 
I work from my studio- the drawing room, which is located at Fargovillage in Coventry, West Midlands, UK

what style of tattoos do you do?
 
I only do illustrative watercolour and sketchy blackwork style tattoos. If you are unsure if my style is what you are looking for, please take a good look through my Instagram page (@kerste_tattoos) I do not do any work in styles that are not shown on my page.

I submitted an enquiry form, what happens now?

If my diary is open once you have submitted a form please allow 10 days for me to get back to you. Even if I cannot take on your request this time around, I will be in touch to let you know. If you do not hear from me within 10 days, feel free to pop me an email to get my attention, sometimes I miss the occasional enquriy form!

I have ongoing work with you, do I need to fill in an enquiry form again?
 
 No, if you have work that’s ongoing please just pop me an email. You do not need to fill and enquiry form every time unless it’s a completely new piece. 
 
When are you available to do my tattoo?
﻿*diary currently closed - below information only applies when my diary is open for new bookings.*

I am now using an online booking system, once we have discussed your idea and agreed upon a price, I will send you a one time use link which gives you access to my diary. You may then choose a date that suits you from my available slots over a 3 month period (I currently don't book more than 3 months ahead but if you'd like a date later in the year, you can contact me again closer to the time.) I'm still happy to provide a quote before you can book for a later date than my diary allows! - my diary is OPEN and will remain open for the forseeable so please dont hesitate to submit a form!
 
 How much deposit is required to secure a booking?
 
The deposit amount depends on the size of the tattoo and will be between £50-£100. My online booking system also takes the deposit payment so you will not be able to secure a date without paying the deposit. I can let you know the amount that needs to be paid when I quote you for your tattoo.
 
 What if i need to move my appointment? 
 
I require 4 days notice for all appointment cancellations/reshuffles. Anything under 4 days will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Missing your appoinment without notice will require you to pay for your tattoo in full prior to rescheduling your appointment as well as losing your original deposit.
You may reschedule your tattoo once only before a new deposit is required.
deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but can be moved to a new booking if 4 days or more notice is given, outright cancellations result in a lost deposit.
 
 When will I see my design?
 
Designs will be sent over the evening before due to my large work load. Or shown on the day 
of the tattoo.
- if any small changes need to be made they can be done on the day. 
All designs will be line drawings only unless stated
otherwise as I do all colour work directly on the skin on the day.
Colour palettes can be discussed before hand.
 
 Will you draw something for me just to see if I like it?
 
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of tattoo requests I receive, I don’t have time to draw tattoos unless an appointment to get them is made, and a deposit is rendered.
