Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, the deposit is 10% of the tattoo cost to be paid before the appointment, and the remaining 90% will be paid on the day of the appointment after the tattoo is complete

Is the studio accessible?

While the studio has no steps to enter, the tattooing room is down a flight of stairs with a handrail, if this is not accessible for your needs please inform me when you enquire as there is possibility to use the ground floor station if booked enough time in advance!

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can bring 1 person to accompany you to your appointment, it’s good to let me know if you are planning on bringing company but it is always welcomed. Any accompanying person had to be 18+, no children are able to be in the tattoo area.

Can I get a tattoo if I am not 18+?

Accepted Answer

No. Tattoos are 18+ by law, valid ID will be necessary to proceed with the appointment.

Can I bring snacks and drinks to my appointment?

Of course, it is important to keep hydrated and your sugars up while getting a tattoo. Eating well, drinking water, and getting good sleep before your appointment is key, and your comfort during the tattoo is equally as vital for a happy tattoo session

My tattoo is near an intimate/vulnerable area, is there privacy in the tattoo room?

The tattoo room is downstairs with no view of windows, walk-ins or the public. We have a foldable screen that can also be put across to further shield you during your session for added comfort

Can I opt for a quiet session or wear headphones?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can let me know if you would rather a quiet session with minimal talking, or if you would like to talk through the pain, the tattoo room has its own music playing but you are welcome to put your music on the speaker, use headphones, play a handheld gaming console, or just doomscroll, basically anything to keep you entertained or zoned out whichever you prefer

Do I have to shave my body hair before my appointment?

No need, I will shave the tattoo site at the beginning of your session before applying the stencil. Any other body hair is nothing to be embarrassed about, I couldn’t care less if your pits or legs are hairy… we’re all on a floating rock it really doesn’t matter

What do I wear to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

What you should wear depending on the tattoo you are getting, the size and placement being the main factors. 
We have a fan and a heater in the tattoo room so can adjust those to your liking. 
Shorts are best for legs. 
T-shirt or vest tops are best for arms. 
A bikini or loose crop top that can be pulled up are best for stomach. 
We have nipple pasties available for sternum and back tattoos. 
A shirt or zip up jacket worn backwards are best for back tattoos when lying on your front. 
A bandeau or vest tops that have straps you can drop down are best for shoulders or collarbones. 
If you have any questions about your specific tattoo please ask, just remember to wear something to feel comfortable to sit or lie in for an extended period of time. I don’t care how good or cool you look, just be comfy

Can I have breaks?

Definitely, if you need a break for 5 mins, need to stretch your body, need to have a little snack or the toilet please just say and we will stop no problem at all, truth be told I could probably do with a sip of water and a hand stretch anyway! 
If you feel unwell and need to stop the session all together that is 100% okay, your wellbeing is No.1 priority, we can revisit the tattoo at a later date when you feel up for it
