What happens when I've submitted a form?

Once you have submitted your form, I will get back to you to discuss your idea, and let you know an approximate price (usually I give you a range to allow some movement for size etc). You will then need to pay the required non refundable deposit.

What happens if I need to move my appointment?

If you need to change your appointment date, your deposit can also be transferred once to a new date with at least 72 hours notice. If you've already transferred it once, a new deposit will be required. However, deposits are non refundable for a cancellation. If you miss your appointment without notice, you will lose the deposit and need to pay a new one.

Can I bring someone to my appointment with me?

I always want people to feel as comfortable as possible, so I will always allow a chaperone. Please try to let me know that you are bringing somebody with you so I can make space - If the studio is exceptionally busy it may be hard to have them sat with you all day.

When can I see the design?

I don't tend to send out the design before the appointment, so please try to be as detailed as possible in your form! I'm always happy to make minor changes on the day of the appointment if we need to!
