What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Your ID Snacks and a drink (sweets, tea, coffee & soft drinks are available at the studio) Any entertainment you'd like (phone, book, headphones etc) Comfortable clothing approriate for the area being tattooed

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes! You're welcome to bring a friend, family member or partner as support. If you plan on bringing more than one person, please let me know so I can make sure there will be enough space in the studio. If it is a busy day we may not have room for more than one person with you. Please note that children under 18 are not allowed in the studio.

How do I pay on the day?

You can pay via bank transfer or with cash at the end of your appointment. We do not have a card machine at the studio so will be unable to take a card payment so please have your banking app or cash ready to go.

Do I need to buy aftercare before?

I recommend stocking up on clean cling film, micropore tape, fragrance free anitbacterial soap (e.g. Sanex 0% body wash) and a fragrance free, natural moisturiser (e.g. Palmers cocoa butter) before your appointment. I will provide written and verbal aftercare instructions at the end of your appointment and answer any questions you have then. We also sell aftercare kits in the studio which include soap, moisturiser, sweets and stickers for £6 each.

What to avoid after my tattoo?

Avoid the gym for 2-3 days. No swimming pools, baths, hot tubs, saunas or tanning beds for at least 3-4 weeks. Avoid perfumes, suncream and fake tan directly on or around your tattoo for around 3-4 weeks. Keep your new tattoo out of the sun (particularly in summer) until healed enough to use suncream.

I'm 29 and I've been in the tattoo industry for the last 7 years. I've been drawing for as long as I can remember and studied Fine Art in Nottingham.

I'm a big fan of cats, nature, loud music, true crime, stupid cartoons and obscure memes.
