Will I see my design beforehand?

Yes. Sometimes I send a design out over a week in advance and sometimes it may be the night before your session, this all just depends on design complexity and how much free time I have. You will always see the design in advance though with the opportunity to make small changes if needed.

This entirely depends on the old tattoo what ideas you have for covering. The more open you are to ideas the more likely it can be something I take on. I take these projects on based on the design and whether I think it’s something I can do or not.

Can I bring a friend with me to my appointment?

Of course, my area is quite small however so I’d advise against more than one (just as they wouldn’t have anywhere to sit!). If we have a busy studio day we may run out of seating in the tattoo area but they are welcome to sit in the waiting area.

How long is my free touch-up valid for?

A free touch-up is valid as long as you book it in within 6 months of the completed tattoo. Touch-ups won't be considered free if you've had a poor heal due to not following aftercare instructions, this would be discussed with you. If you've had a bad heal that requires a rework or complete go over this would also come at an extra cost but this would also be discussed upon healing.

My tattoo vouchers are valid for 12 months after the initial purchase. The voucher would need to be presented at appointment and also mentioned upon booking in. Vouchers need to be used in full and can not be partially used. For example if you have a voucher for £400 but only book a tattoo worth £350, the remaining £50 would be forfeited, to avoid this please discuss this with me prior and we can ensure you get the full use of your voucher in the one session.
