Do I need to pay a deposit?

All appointments require a minimum of a £20 deposit- this includes free touch ups, off which will be refunded on day of session. Any and all deposits will be taken off the total price on day of appointment!

Will I see my design before the appointment?

I generally leave any designs for you to see on the day before or day of session. Any modifications or changes can be made before the appointment starts on the day.

What happens if I have to reschedule/cancel?

In case of rescheduling, if more than 72hrs notice is given, any appointment can be moved. If less than 72hrs notice is given, unfortunately you will lose your deposit and to reschedule, a new deposit would be needed.
