Legal Terms

Booking Terms & Policies

Booking Fee:

A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This booking fee will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

* A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
* If you reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be honored for one reschedule only.
* After one reschedule, any additional reschedule will require a new $100 non-refundable booking fee.
* If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying me, your appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show and your booking fee will be forfeited.

Booking Fee Expiration:

* Appointments must be scheduled within 6 months of paying the booking fee.
* If you reschedule, the new appointment must also be booked within 6 months of the original booking fee date, or the booking fee will be forfeited and a new one will be required.

Design Policy:

If I do send a design before your appointment, it will be sent within 24 hours of the appointment.

Tattoos are permanent, and while you are booking with me because you trust my artistic style, I still want to make sure you are happy with your design. Minor changes can usually be made at the appointment. However, major last-minute changes may not be possible and may require rescheduling. If a reschedule is needed due to major design changes, a new $100 non-refundable booking fee may be required.

To help avoid this, please be as specific as possible when submitting your consultation form and include as many helpful reference images as possible.

ID Requirement:

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment. If you do not bring a valid ID, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new $100 booking fee will be required to book again.

Illness / Intoxication:

Please do not come to your appointment sick, intoxicated, or hungover. If you arrive in a condition that makes it unsafe or inappropriate to tattoo, the appointment may be canceled, your booking fee may be forfeited, and a new booking fee may be required to reschedule.

Emergency Weather Policy

In the case of dangerous weather or emergency road conditions (such as snow or severe storms), your booking fee will remain valid and there will be no penalty to reschedule. No one should risk their safety for a tattoo.

If severe weather is forecasted for the day of your appointment, I will reach out by email to discuss rescheduling options.

By booking an appointment, paying the booking fee, and/or signing this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Question 2

Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

•I DO send designs ahead of time. If you would like a design sent before the appointment I will send it within 24 hours of the appointment. I do a consultation either in person or over the phone to make sure we go over everything. Please be as specific as possible during the consultation. During the consultation we will go over all the details of the tattoo and at the consultation I can show you a really rough sketch of what ideas we went over. I can make minor changes, but I cannot make major ones 48 hours before the appointment. If major changes need to be made we might need to reschedule on a case to case basis. If you wait to let me know that you want major changes made within 48 hours before appointment there will be a $100 non-refundable reschedule fee.

•If you do not bring a valid government ID you will need to reschedule and will be charged a $100 non-refundable/non-transferable reschedule fee.

•Do not come in sick, drunk, or hungover. It will count as a no call, no show and result in a $100 non-refundable/non-transferable reschedule fee!

•Do not come in with sunburn on the area to be tattooed. I can not tattoo over sunburn. If we cannot place the design elsewhere it will count as a no call, no show and result in a $100 non-refundable/non transferable reschedule fee.

***There is no reschedule fee and your deposit will be valid in the case of emergency weather such as snow!!!!! No one should risk their lives for a tattoo!!!! We can reschedule at the earliest time possible and your deposit will still be valid!!!! If emergency weather is in the forecast for the day of your appointment I will reach out via email to discuss our options.***

✿I schedule appointments that work for both my clients and I. I do try to accommodate clients work schedules as much as possible and not having set hours allows me to give that experience.

*Numbing cream typically lasts a 2 to 3 hours if it works at all!
