How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?

You must be 18 years old or over to get a tattoo in the UK. Even with permission from a parent or guardian, I am unable to tattoo anyone under the age of 18. Parental consent does not override the legal age requirement. I operate a strict 18+ policy and may ask to see valid photo ID before your tattoo. Please make sure you bring this with you to your appointment, especially if you’re lucky enough to look younger than 18! If I ask for ID and you’re unable to provide it, unfortunately I won’t be able to go ahead with your appointment. This policy is there to make sure I am working safely, professionally and within UK law.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, of course! You’re more than welcome to bring **one person** with you to keep you company during your tattoo appointment. ✨ There’s enough space in the tattoo area for one guest alongside you. If you arrive with any additional people, they’ll just need to wait in the waiting area while you’re being tattooed.

Hello and welcome to Get Ink, where you can book or enquire about a tattoo with me!

Please include as much information as possible in the booking form, including your design idea, preferred placement, approximate size and any reference images. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can to discuss your enquiry.

I specialise in microrealism, realism, dotwork, fineline, fineline ornamental and blackwork.I also enjoy tattooing a wide variety of styles and am always happy to discuss custom designs where I can add my own artistic flair.

You can still contact me through social media or WhatsApp, but I’m also introducing this app to make booking easier and help me keep on top of my admin.
