Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Booking fee’s are non-refundable and taken off the total price on the day of your appointment. - Minimum of a 72 hour notice prior to your appointment to reschedule and honour your booking fee to the rescheduled appointment. You have 12 months to rebook. - Unfortunately if you need to cancel at any time during the window of the booking fee being paid and your appointment you will not be refunded your booking fee. - Unfortunately the booking fee will not be honoured if you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment.
