Can I bring a photograph of my ID as proof of age?

Accepted Answer

I can only accept a physical valid passport or full/ provisional driving licence as proof of age.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

We have a small reception area and the studio can be busy, especially on weekends so I usually say to come alone to your appointment. Of course message me before hand if you want to discuss it and I can accommodate! There’s loads of amazing cafes and restaurants around our studio and Queen’s Park is a stones throw away for friends or family to wait while you get tattooed. I’m happy for them to come in and let you get comfortable before we begin.

Can I pay by card?

I don’t have a card reader so cash or bank transfer is best for final payment!

Why are deposits non-refundable?

Accepted Answer

Your deposit is paid at the time of booking and comes off the total on the day. This deposit holds your space in the diary and any other enquiries for that time are declined. Designs are also drawn up in advance which takes time outside of studio hours, therefore the deposit covers loss of earnings in case of a last minute cancellation or no show as I don’t have a cancellation “fee”. I can honour your deposit if 72 hours notice is given and your appointment can be moved once before I’ll ask for a new deposit!

Can I see my design before the appointment?

I tend to not share the design before the appointment for a few reasons. Changes can always be made on the day but of course if you’re particularly anxious about it, just ask and I’ll see what I can do!

Question 6

Can I use numbing cream for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

I always ask you to tell me if you plan on using any numbing creams and be sure it’s from a legitimate seller. Always perform a patch test and monitor for 24 hours well ahead of your appointment to be sure you don’t get any allergic reactions as this can be common. I don’t recommend for larger work as it will ware off and can be more difficult to sit well towards the end of your appointment.
