It may do! It’s a hard one to answer as everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but I’m very good at assessing who’s going to have a tough time and who isn’t so can cater the session around it with ease.

What is the studio like?

We’re a very chill and friendly place! We all get along wonderfully with one another and this often helps people feel much more at ease I’ve found. I work in a room with one other artist and her taste in music and banter is magnificent (it’s my music taste, plot twist)

Do I need to prepare the skin?

It’s very helpful to moisturise the skin a couple of weeks beforehand just to ensure it’s in the best condition it can be when it comes to the day of tattooing, but not mandatory. Also be aware of the sun; it’s a deadly laser after all.

Heya! I’m Becky, a tattooist based in Whitley Bay, Newcastle. My main style is watercolour and new school but I’m open and easy with most types of tattooing!

I’m a big lover of all things gaming, horror and nerd related which I’m aware covers a great deal of things haha!

I’m a very patient person and I’ve been told I’m a very gentle tattooist, having been tattooing for a number of years now. I very much enjoy pet tax (you show me your pets, I’ll show you my guinea pigs!) and if you have any questions, I’m more than happy to answer them.
