This is my waiting list form - I am currently pausing my bookings, as my next spaces are now 2026! I will be looking to start booking January in a couple of months. You’re welcome to put in a waiting list request but please don’t expect to necessarily get a reply or be booked in just yet - thank you x

If I offer an appointment I can only hold it for 2 days without a deposit! I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays (however weekends are extremely busy so avoid them if it’s possible!)

Please note I am a fineline tattoo artist and do not do other styles other than a few small pet portraits. I do not do cover ups or thicker/colour work, and will opt for smaller dainty pieces.

I have the ability to politely decline a tattoo request form, if I feel it is not a tattoo or style I am happy doing. Please understand that this is in the best interest of my work and making sure you get the best tattoo possible - if I’m not the right person for it then I will be honest x

Please include all information from the drop down boxes, and answer the description box as thoroughly as possible. Please attach reference photos of both style, design and placement. This is really important and helpful!

If you would like a joint appointment please fill out just one form between you - state that it’s joint in the description, and put whether they are matching tattoos. If they aren't matching but would just like to come together please list each tattoo idea of all people wanting to attend in the same description box.
