How do I get your bank details?

This will be sent to you once your enquiry has been made & an appointment date is chosen.

How much deposit will I pay?

This will depend on the length of time you are booked in for. This is adjusted dependent upon the appointment price.

Will I need to bring ID?

Yes. Absolutely. If any doubt and no ID provided, you can be at risk of being turned away and your deposit forfeit.

Is my deposit refundable?

No, all deposits are non refundable. Deposits can be transferred as long as sufficient notice to given when rescheduling an appointment. This will need to fall in line with my cancellation policy guidelines.
