How old do I need to be to get tattooed?

You must be over 18 to get tattooed legally in the UK.

Do I need to bring ID with me to my appointment?

Yes, you will be ask to prove your age before your tattoo when filling the consent form.

Do I need to pay a deposit for my tattoo?

Yes, I always require to put down a deposit in order to get booked in for a tattoo.

Can I have a consultation before my tattoo?

Yes, I do offer consultations upon request before booking your tattoo.

How should I prepare for my tattoo?

Please make sure you have eaten at least 1 hour before your appointment to have plenty of energy! Also it’s a good idea to bring some sugar with you in the form of sweets or a fizzy drink (not diet!).

Does getting a tattoo hurt?

Yes, but is not as bad as you think! Some areas are more painful than others, but I will do everything I can to make you feel as comfortable as possible and I always offer breaks during your tattoo if you need them.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please wear clothing which is easy to move/remove so that I can access the tattoo area easily. If you’re not sure what to wear to your appointment, please ask me and I'll help.

Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

Due to the size of the studio, it is preferred to come alone to your appointment. Ask me beforehand and we can discuss some options.

When will I see the design?

I'll start with your custom design after a deposit is sent. Usually I send a quick skecth a few days before the appointment but sometimes it can be the day before. We can then have a chat about any possible changes to make.
