When will I see my design?

I like to send your design the day before so you can check you're happy with it, or if any changes are needed I can amend the design before the appointment. I like to have everything printed and ready before you arrive ☺️

What should I do prior to my appointment?

If you don't already, drinking lots of water a few days before your appointment helps your skin. Always make sure you eat beforehand and bring as many snacks and drinks as you want to get you through the session! Get a good night's sleep before the appointment too ☺️

Nope. I always have a razor on my station ready for each appointment, some clients like to shave beforehand but do not worry if you haven't as I'm fully expecting to shave the area for you! ☺️

What happens if I need to rearrange or cancel?

If you need to rearrange or cancel I understand but if you let me know less than 48 hours in advance you will have lost your booking fee and need to pay another before rescheduling the appointment. I know circumstances change so if it's a money worry or anxiety approaching the appointment, I try to be as understanding as possible so reach out as soon as you can and we can figure something out! ☺️

I don't. I don't have a card machine, but when confirming an appointment you will have sent me over a booking fee to my account. You can either bank transfer the remainder of the money the same way or you can bring cash with you to the appointment ☺️
