Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes! All appointments will need to have a non-refundable deposit paid prior to confirm in my diary. I allow up to a 7 day window from an offer to pay this, so please be ready to put your deposit down when booking!

What is your required deposit?

Deposits can be anywhere from £20-100 depending on the length of appointment!

Will I see my design before my appointment?

I don’t tend to show anything prior to appointments as I work in date order, and usually am designing customs 1-2 days before you are in. I book every single custom appointment with roughly a 30-45 minute buffer zone in case there’s any changes you’d like to make on the day. I find talking to you in person to understand any changes easier than over text! If you include all the correct references and explain your idea fully, I will usually get what you want first time 🫶🏻
